Suggested Use: Adults, take 3 softgels daily with water and a meal for optimal absorption. Store tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.

Helps support a healthy heart. Purified to remove mercury (Purified to remove PCBs, dioxins and furans, and mercury to ensure levels below 0.09 ppm, 2 ppt WHO TEOs, and 0.1 ppm respectively).
