Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Fill large pot with water; place over high heat. Bring water to boil and season with salt. Add yuca, making sure it's covered completely with water; return water to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer, gently stirring occasionally, until yuca is completely tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and serve. Keep frozen.
