Prep Time: 15 mins| Cook Time: 15 mins. 1 pkg Simply Asia Seasoning Mix divided. 3 tbp. oil, divided. 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes. 3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables. 2 tbsp. less sodium soy sauce. 2 tbsp water. Cooked rice. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning Mix; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. 2. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 5 minutes or until tender crisp. return chicken to skillet. 3. Add remaining Seasoning, soy sauce and water to skillet. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes, until heated through. Serve over cooked rice. Makes 5 servings. Try with: Broccoli | Bell peppers| Green beans. Make it your way: Pork, shrimp, tofu. Also great with noodles!
