Tear -&- pour. Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins. 1 pouch Simply Asia Stir-Fry Sauce; 2 tbsp. oil, divided; 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken, cubed; 2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. 2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return chicken to skillet. 3. Stir in sauce and pineapple until well mixed and cook just until heated through. Makes 4 servings. Try with: Bell peppers; Carrots; Onions; Green beans. Make It Your Way: Pork; Shrimp; Tofu. Serve over cooked rice or noodles!
