Strawberry flavored ice cream with sugar cookies. In 2012, my mom and I started making ice cream sandwiches with my Great Grandma Thelma's snickerdoodle cookie recipe. We sold them from a little pushcart at our local farmers market in Des Moines, Iowa and our customers couldn't get enough! Now we're delighted to share Thelma's cheeky spirit and delicious treats with customers across the country.
