Fresh Rosemary Skewers


 

Directions

Rinse and soak skewers in water for 5 minutes. Strip and reserve leaves from bottom of skewer, leaving 2 inches on top. Poke stem end through pieces of meat, seafood and/or vegetables. Reserved leaves may be used to flavor marinade or placed on hot coals or grill for additional aroma. Helpful tip: before cooking with skewers always strip the leaves of bottom portion of the rosemary skewers, leaving top 3 inches intact. Submerge the skewers in water making sure that the top leaves are submerged as well. Soak for at least 45 minutes. Easy gourmet shishkebob ideas.
