General cooking instructions: Put 6 cups water in a large pot. Bring to a boil, put noodles in and stir. When water comes to a rapid boil decrease heat and continue to simmer for about 5 minutes or until tender. Place in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water. After rinsing, drain water completely. May be served in soup or as a main dish.
