Pogo test cartridges are for single patient use only. Do not share, even with family members! For use only with the Pogo Automatic Meter. For in vitro diagnostic use only. Single use only. Consult instruction for use. For best results, use Pogo between 50 degrees F-104 degrees F. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Store test cartridges in cool, dry place between 40 degrees F-86 degrees F. Store and use only between 10%-90% humidity.

Reagent Composition: Each test contains: Glucose oxidase (aspergillus) greater than or equal to 0.3 IU, Peroxidase (horseradish) greater than or equal to 0.2 IU, Aminoantipyrene greater than or equal to 1.2 mcg, Dimethylaniline Salt greater than or equal to 1.2 mcg. Lancet Coating: Each lancet is coated with low molecular weight Heparin (enoxaparin sodium), less than 0.24 IU; Silicone, less than 2.84 ug. Sterilized using irradiation. No Separate Lancets or Lancing Device Needed: Lancets are 30 gauge. Single-use only and auto-disabled after use. 10 Complete Tests in Each Cartridge: Test strips, lancet and lancing device in each test.
