Brewed to explore. This Neipa is tropical, juicy, and all around delicious. Strong notes of pineapple and stone fruits abound, thanks to the azacca & mosaic hops. This style of beer utilizes heavy dry hopping and less kettle hopping, so the bitterness is subtle, but the rich and juicy hop flavors and aromas come through nicely. Strange cattle crossing here!
