Directions

Drip: Use 2 tablespoons (10g) of medium of grind coffee for every 6 oz of cold filtered water. French Press: Use 8 tablespoons (56g) of medium-coarse grind coffee for a 34 oz press. Pour 205 degrees filtered water over grounds. Steep for 4 minutes. Press and serve. Pour Over: Use 3 tablespoons (21 g) of medium grind coffee for a 12 oz pour. Slowly pour 205 degrees filtered water over grounds.
