Blend: 100% Sauvignon blanc. Aging: 8 months in stainless steel tanks, on its lees. Elisa Gueneau has handcrafted this wine from 25+ year old vines growing on clayish and chalky soils around the village of Sancerre. A bright and crisp wine with aromas of citrus, white flower, and exotic fruits. On the palate, the wine is vigorous and mineral, with a long fruity finish.
