Use as part of the Smart Balance™ food plan. This cooking spray contains polyunsaturates and monounsaturates to help offset the saturates you eat every day. To help enhance the cholesterol ratio, use with our food plan to contribute at least two-thirds of fat intake. Limit total fat to 30% of calories (65g/day) and saturated fat to under 10% of calories (20g/day). Limit dietary cholesterol to 300mg/day and avoid trans fat. Exercise is essential. †Frequent or heavier use of our spray provides a 5:1 ratio of omega 6 to omega-3: the ideal ratio is between 4:1 and 6:1.
