Water is the main ingredient in beer, and we start every batch from pure carbon and RO filtered water before making a custom water profile for each beer. Malty by nature amber ale uses an Edinburgh-style custom water profile replicating famous Scottish water, allowing the malty character of the beer to shine through. 18 IBU 13 SRM 5.1% alc. by vol. 10.2
