For A Jiggly Variation: Add 2/3 cups boiling water to 1 box of Gel-Shotz, stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup Rum. (or water for non-alcoholic version). Use non-stick cooking spray on molds, sheets, or cookie cutters. Let cool for 4 hours. Add 1-1/2 cups boiling water to package contents, stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup clear Rum. (For non-alcoholic version, substitute 1/2 cup of cold water). Pour into plastic shot cups. (suggest 2 oz parfait cups). Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Makes about 12 shots.
