Keep refrigerated. Easy opening instructions: To open, place front side down on counter. Peel plastic wrapper upward from corner of package to remove filets. Cooking instructions: Grill/broil: Cook for 8-10 minutes per side over medium coals or heat. Skillet: Cook in pre heated skillet over medium heat. Use a little oil to prevent sticking, cook for approximately 8-10 minutes per side. Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place steaks on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes. Caution: Cooking times & temperatures may vary by appliance. For complete safety, always use a cooking thermometer and cook filets to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
