Keep refrigerated. Perdue® nutritional information is based on a 4 oz raw and a 3 oz roasted portion after roasting to 170 degrees F internal temperature. Cooking instructions: Conventional oven: preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse breast inside and out with water; pat dry. Brush with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place breast into shallow roasting pan. Bake for 1-1/4 hour to 1-3/4 hours until Perfect Roast™ thermometer pops up, or meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of breast registers 170 degrees F. Remove Perfect Roast™ thermometer and allow breast to stand 10 minutes before carving. Thawing: if you have chosen to freeze this product, please follow these thawing instructions: defrost in original wrapping in refrigerator, allowing 1 to 1-1/2 days. For faster thawing, immerse wrapped poultry in cold water, changing water every 1/2 hour. Allow 3 to 4 hours. Once thawed, use within 2 days. For best results, we recommend preparing or freezing your Perdue® turkey within 2 days of purchase.
