Cooking Directions: Microwave Oven 1200 Watts (Preferred Method): 1. Remove sleeve and place package in microwave. Self-venting, do not puncture, cut, or remove film. 2. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes; microwave times vary. Heat to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 3. Let sit momentarily, then carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove food from package and place food into oven safe container. Do not place package in oven. 3. Cook 12 to 14 minutes, to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. From Frozen: Microwave Oven 1200 Watts. 1. Remove sleeve and place package in microwave. Self-venting, do not puncture, cut, or remove film. 2. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. 3. Carefully peel film back halfway, stir food, then re-cover. 4. Microwave on high an additional 1 minute. Heat to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 5. Let sit momentarily, then carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners. Cook thoroughly. Use caution when opening. Package will product hot steam after healing. Note: For the best experience, we suggest to first thaw completely in the refrigerator and follow preferred method of microwave cooking.
