Brewing instructions: Grind coffee just before brewing. Use fresh cold water with every brew. We recommend one rounded tablespoon of coffee for every 6 ounces of water. Adjust coffee portion to taste. Serve coffee immediately after brewing to ensure optimum flavor. For longer holding periods, store coffee in an airtight carafe. Recommended proportions. 1 rounded Tbsp fresh ground coffee/6 oz. fresh water. Storage: Tightly reseal this bag after every use. Store coffee in a cool, dark place. Should you keep coffee longer than two weeks, place in your freezer.
