Instructions: Brown 1 to 1-1/2 lbs of meat (or veggies) over medium high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, drain grease, add Fixin's. Next, add a half cup of water to jar and shake with lid on, to release all Fixin's then add to meat. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Add salt to taste. Refrigerate after opening.
