Gluten free. Estd 2018. Unfiltered for flavor, pour carefully. Our Story. Our roots began in 1908 when Mr. H. Harvey planted 200 acres of Italian plums in Buhl, ID. A century later just 3 acres remained when we bought his beautiful farm house to raise our family, where we learned the history of these heirloom plums and their market journey to Cedar Draw train station to be exported. We honor this land's history and the old growth orchards available in our valley to create ciders as rich and special as the heritage of our land. Quince is a little-known ancient fruit rumored to be the Golden Apple which sparked the Trojan War. It's similar in appearance to both an apple and a pear, sometimes smelling like a tropical fruit, and bright golden-yellow when mature.
