Instructions: Brown 1½ to 2 Ibs. of meat (or veggies) over medium high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, drain grease, add Fixin's. Next, add a half cup of water to jar and shake with lid on, lo release all Fixin's, then add to meal. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.
