Babies are messy. So we made our system as easy as 1 - 2 - 3. 1 Tear: Each day empty one packet into bottle of breast milk or formula with at least 2 ounces of liquid. Can also mix with food. 2: Mix: Shake bottle or stir food for 10 seconds. Works best in size 1+ nipples. 3. Feed: Your baby should drink most of the bottle, but does not need to finish it. If you miss a day, simply resume the next day. Stage 1: Gradual, one-at-a-time introduction. Day 1-4. Day 5-8. Day 9-30.
