Babies are messy. So we made our system as easy as 1-2-3. 1. Tear: Each day empty one packet into bottle of breast milk or formula with at least 2 ounces of liquid. Can also mix with food. 2. Mix: Shake bottle or stir food for 10 seconds. Works best in size 1+ nipples. 3. Feed: Your baby should drink most of the bottle, but does not need to finish it. If you miss a day, simply resume the next day.
