Chewy baked treat made with whole grain oats, real butter, and light brown sugar. Artisan baked. Granola factory. Bethlehem, Pa. It was a bar like no other, and it was packed with way too many flavors to highlight just one. So we decided to name it after our hometown of Bethlehem. The name stuck and has helped bring recognition to our bars and the festive city where they're still made.
