Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Preparation: Thaw product prior to cooking. Grill: Preheat grill to low-medium. Add Sausage. Cook, covered, 15-20 minutes or internal temperature has reached a minimum of 160 degrees F, turning often. Skillet: Spray Skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning often. Reduce heat to low-medium. Carefully add 1/2 cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes and internal temperature has reached a minimum of 160 degrees F. Keep refrigerated. Storage: Prepare within 3 days of purchase or freeze for up to 30 days.
