Add Sausage. Cook, covered, 15-20 minutes or internal temperature has reached a minimum of 160 degrees F, turning often. Skillet: Spray Skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning often. Reduce heat to low-medium. Carefully add 1/2 cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes and internal temperature has reached a minimum of 160 degrees F. keep refrigerated. Storage: Prepare within 3 days of purchase or freeze for up to 30 days.
