Directions

Chicken, pork & seafood oven ready in 5 minutes. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lay 2 lbs. of meat or seafood of choice in foil lined shallow dish or pan. Lightly coat or spray top with oil. Thickly sprinkle top with Peanuts & Panko. Bake to internal temperature listed below. Do not cover or turn. Bake - (temp.). Chicken breasts (boneless) - 30 min. - (165 degrees F). Chicken Thighs (boneless) - 30 min. - (165 degrees F). Pork Chops - 30 min. - (160 degrees F). Pork Loin - 35 min. - (160 degrees F). Fish Fillets Thin - 20 min. - (145 degrees F). Fish Fillets Thick - 25 min. - (145 degrees F). Salmon - 25 min. - (145 degrees F). Tilapia - 25 min. - (145 degrees F). Shrimp (shelled) - 10 min. - (145 degrees F). Sea Scallops - 10 min. - (145 degrees F). Vegetables oven ready in 5 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss in bowl 2 lbs. prepared bite size pieces of vegetables with 2 Tbsp. oil. Sprinkle on Peanuts & Panko. Toss until coated. Spread Vegetables on shallow foil lined dish or pan. Bake at 400 degrees F until tender. Suggested times on side of box. Vegetables: Takes only minutes to prepare. Follow instructions on back panel, then bake for: Fresh (2 lbs. prepared). Beets - 35 min. Broccoli - 20 min. Brussels sprouts - 25 min. Carrots (sliced) - 25 min. Carrots (baby) - 35 min. Cauliflower - 25 min. Parsnips - 25 min. Potatoes (white) - 25 min. Squash (butternut) - 25 min. Squash (summer) - 15 min. Sweet potatoes - 25 min. Zucchini - 15 min. Frozen (2 lbs. defrosted). Baby carrots (thin) - 15 min. Baby carrots (thick) - 20 min. Broccoli - 25 min. Cauliflower - 25 min. Sweet potato fries - 20 min. Refrigerate after opening.
