Bake or Fry: How to bake or fry with Tasty Delite: Moisten approximately 2 lbs of meat, poultry, seafood, fish or vegetables with water; shake off excess. Fill plastic zip bag with Tasty Delite, insert one or two pieces at a time, close and shake until thoroughly coated. Preheat oven to 400 degrees or heat cooking oil in deep dry pan to 375 degrees. Bake in greased or foil-lined pan until golden and cooked completely, or fry until golden brown, remove pieces and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Recommended Frying/baking times: Boneless chicken, steaks, chops: Fry 15-20 minutes, Bake: 20-30 minutes. Bone-in Chicken: Fry: 25-30 minutes, Bake: 45-50 minutes. Fish/Seafood: Fry: 8-10 minutes, Bake: 10-20 minutes. Vegetables: Fry: 2-3 minutes.
