Fry Only: How to fry fish or shellfish with Tasty Delite: Moisten 1 to 2 lbs of fish or shellfish with water, shake off excess. Fill zip bag with Tasty Delite Cornmeal Seasoned Coating Mix, insert 1 to 2 pieces of fish or seafood in fill zip bag close and shake until pieces are completely coated. Pre-heat cooking oil in deep dry pan to 352 degrees. Gently place coated fish or shellfish pieces in hot cooking oil to fry until golden brown or to your desired taste. Remove cooked fish or seafood from fryer and place on paper towel to absorb any excess oils from frying. Use food thermometer to verify pieces are cooked. Recommended Frying Time: Fry fish or shellfish 8 to 10mins (cook fish until it's opaque (milky white) and flakes with a fork). Remember: Use food thermometer to check safe internal temperature of fish/shellfish 145 degrees (62.8 degrees C) as the minimum safe internal temperature to check safe internal shellfish (foodsafety.gov or USDA.gov).
