3 easy steps: 1. Prepare: Hard taco shells: Preheat to 325 degrees F. Heat unfilled hard taco shells on middle shelf of oven on baking sheet 6-7 minutes. Flour tortillas: Tortillas may be heated in a skillet or electric griddle, on the grill, or in the microwave. For best results, heat tortillas on an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for 10-15 seconds. Flip and heat for another 5-10 seconds. Microwave: place the tortillas between two damp paper towels. Microwave 30-40 seconds or until heated through. Wrap in a cloth or Mission tortilla keeper until ready to serve. 2. Cook: Brown beef; drain. Stir in 2/3 cup of water and seasoning mix. Heat until thickened, stirring often. Spoon the mixture into shells and warm tortillas. 3. Serve: Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes and onions. Add Mission taco sauce to taste. Enjoy!
