Instructions: For competition results, season meat with our char pit chicken rub or rib rub. Grill the meat and apply sweet & tangy mud approx. 5 minutes before the meat is done. This will give it a beautiful glaze without burning the outside. Some folks like our mud as a dipping sauce on anything. Formulated: For your favorite cut of pork; ribs, chops, shoulder, loin. Tastes great on chicken too. Refrigerate after opening.
