Total cherries and apples from a cooperative of Northwest orchards marry in tank to create a lush cider with notes of cinnamon, clove, and jammy red fruits. Pairs well with raddichio salad, wild grains, and sushi. Drink freely. In 2012, Michael Billingsley, planted 2500 apple trees on a bench above the Bitterroot Valley.
