Product Details
Gluten free. Easy going and traditional idea MFG & tasting. From the land of many mountains. A best in show and gold medal winner, this single varietal cider uses heirloom McIntosh apples grown on gnarled eighty-year old trees from one of the last plantings of Montana's historic Bitterroot Valley apple era. Our McIntosh is renowned for its vivid apple aromatics and tannic finish. In 2012, Michael Billingsley, planted 2500 apple trees on a bench above the Bitterroot Valley. Now, he is using those apples, as well as fruit from our Northwest neighbors, to create fine ciders on the bank of the Clark Fork River in Missoula, Montana. 6.8% alc. by vol. 13.6 Fermented & Bottled by Western Cider Co. 501 N.
