Easy Bake Rigatoni: Serves 4. 8 oz io Rigatoni; 1 pound ground beef; 4 cups io marinara sauce; 1-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded; 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated. Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Step 2: Cook ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain well. Step 3: Coat at 11x7-inch baking dish in cooking spray. In baking dish, combine beef, rigatoni, marinara sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella. Top with grated parmesan and remaining mozzarella. Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve and enjoy! Instructions: In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil. Carefully drop pasta into water and simmer 10 minutes for the perfect al dente bite. Drain and toss with Inspired Organics olive oil or pasta sauce. Enjoy! Keep cool and dry.
