A pinch of this, a touch of that, right up until that ah-ha! moment that happened in Andy Marshall's home kitchen. This is our Memphis-style version, harkening back to Andy's childhood-a savory tomato-based sauce that's sweet with no heat, and just about as versatile as it gets. You can pair this one with just about any dish you might find in Puckett's Restaurant or at a backyard barbecue- a pile of pulled pork, a juicy rack of ribs, a plate of shrimp 'n' grits or a side of sweet potato fries. The puckett's story. The Puckett's roots go way back to the 1950s, in a Sittle grocery store out in the country.
