You Will Need: 1 package Gourmet Garden Zesty Italian Herb Skillet Sauce; 2 tbsp. oil, divided; 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in 1/2-inch strips; 1 cup thinly sliced onion; 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved; 1/2 cup water or chicken broth; 8 oz. cooked pasta. Prep Instructions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 min. Or until browned. Remove from skillet. 2. Reduce heat to medium. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add onion and tomatoes; cook and stir 5 min. or until softened. 3. Stir in Skillet Sauce and water. Cook and stir 2 mins. or until sauce is thickened. Return chicken to skillet; add pasta to pan, stirring to coat with sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, if desired. Must be cooked for food safety. Prepped Flavor: Just add oil, water, protein, veggies, pasta. Tips Fresh From The Kitchen: For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with 2 cups chopped vegetables, such as mushrooms, spinach leaves, or broccoli. Mix 2 cups hot cooked pasta with 1 pkg. Skillet Sauce for an easy side dish, or chill and serve cold as a pasta salad. Keep refrigerated.
