Directions

Prepped flavor: just add oil; water; protein; veggies; rice; soy sauce. Tips fresh from the kitchen: For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with 2 cups diced firm tofu or additional chopped vegetables, such as a blend of mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers or onions. •stir-fry 2 cups cold cooked rice and 2 cups chopped vegetables, along with 1 pkg. Skillet sauce for quick fried rice. Prep Instructions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp. Oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 min. Remove from skillet. 2. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add 4 cups cut-up fresh veggies; stir-fry 4 min. Or until tender crisp. 3. Stir in skillet sauce, water and soy sauce. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 1 min. Or until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked through. 4. Serve with hot cooked rice and sprinkle with sliced green onion. Must be cooked for food safety. Keep refrigerated.
