Microwave or regular oven. Keep frozen. Directions: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove overwrap. Leave pie in the tray and place on a cookie sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes until pie is heated throughout and crust is golden brown. (If glaze is desired, brush top crust with butter or milk and honey after first 20 minutes of baking). For best flavor, wait 5 minutes before eating. Microwave oven: Remove overwrap. Leave pie in the tray and place on microwave-safe plate in oven. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. For best flavor, wait 2 minutes before eating. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven. Do not use a toaster oven.

No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. The idea for Amy's Kitchen was born along with our daughter Amy on Nov. 18, 1987. Suddenly there was little time to prepare wholesome, nutritious meals. Amy's Kitchen was created for people like us, looking for a hearty, home cooked, tasty meal made with natural ingredients, but with the convenience of a frozen dinner. We are starting with a traditional favorite, pot pie. It will remind you of the pot pies you grew up with. Fresh organic vegetables and tofu are simmered in a creamy sauce, flavored with herbs and spices, then baked in a tender flaky crust made from 100% organic whole wheat flour.
