Directions
Baking Directions: Remove pizza from plastic wrap and cardboard tray. Preheat oven to 400 F & bake pizza directly on the rack or perforated pan. Count to about 1,020 (that's about 15 - 17 minutes). When cheese is golden brown and bubbly, take it out and let it cool. We mean it - it's really hot! We cannot be held responsible for your burning the roof of your mouth, we did warn you. Crispy Crust: Directly on rack oven replacement; 400 degrees F temp; 15 - 17 minutes time. Crust should be golden brown and bubbly. If you like your crust bendy, cook on 375 F for 18 minutes. Ensure pizza reaches a temperature of 165 F before enjoying. Keep frozen.

No gluten, no grains, no seeds oils, no cauliflower, no nuts, no corn, no soy, no gums. Our original cheese-baked crust. Yes, we baked three cheeses into the crust of this grain-free & gluten-free uncured pepperoni pizza. Why Against the Grain? Because great stories rarely start with doing things the way they've always been done. This may explain how we found ourselves in Brattleboro, VT, one of the coolest small towns in the U.S.A., running a small-batch bakery, making outrageously awesome pizzas and bread, that happen to be gluten and grain-free. Other things we do because we get a kick out of doing things differently, but better: Hire the best people and take care of them like family. Find the best preservative-free mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes and uncured pepperoni, and you get the picture, because that's what we all want to eat, too. Use only simple, real ingredients that everyone can pronounce to make things so delicious that no one will shut up about them. Lose the grain. Keep the joy. Eat your pizza. - The Team at ATG.
