Directions: Combine gravy mix and 1 1/4 cups (10 oz) cool water in saucepan. Over medium heat, bring to a boil. Whisk/stir constantly until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat. Serve over meat, mashed potatoes, pasta or vegetables. Or create stews and casseroles. Makes 1 1/4 cups. Microwave Directions: In a microwave bowl, whisk/stir together gravy mix and 1 1/4 cups cool water. Heat on high at 1 minute intervals. Stir between cycles until sauce is thickened and smooth. Usage Tips: To enrich flavor, replace some water with meat juices.
