Directions: Combine mushroom soup/sauce mix contents and 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) cool water in saucepan. For soup recipes use 2 cups water. Whish/stir constantly and bring to a boil over medium heat until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat. Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce/2 cups soup. Microwave Directions: In a microwave bowl, whish/stir together mix and 1 1/2-2 cups cool water. Heat on high at 1 minute intervals. Stir between cycles until sauce is thickened and smooth. Usage Tips: Use as a delicious creamy sauce in casseroles. Or add an extra 1/2 c. milk for tasty rich cream of mushroom soup.
