Directions: Apply liberally after cleansing and toning and 15 minutes before sun exposure. Skin protection measures: spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease risk, regularly use a sunscreen with broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher and other protective measures including: limit time in sun, especially from 10am to 2pm and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses.
