Beatrice and Bernard Nivollet fell in love with the diversity and quality of the languedoc, left their previous professions and established Chateau Haut-Blanville in 1997. They craft Burgundian inspired wines based upon terroir and parcel identification. Grapes for the reserve chardonnay were carefully selected among our vineyards and trusted grower partners.
