Suggestion of Ingredients (4 servings) Meat (Chicken or Pork) or Seafood: 5.5 oz. Carrot: 3.5 oz. Onions: 7 oz. Potato: 5.5 oz. Cooking Oil: 1tbsp. Water: 2 1/2 cups. Soymilk or Milk: 1/5 cup. S&B Tasty Soymilk & Corn Stew Sauce. Mix: 1/2 pack (80g) US 1 cup: approx. 240ml. For 1 pack cooking: Use double amount of ingredients with 4-1/6 cups water. Directions: 1. Cut meat, onion, carrot and potato into bite-size pieces. 2. Heat oil in saucepan, cook meat and vegetables until onions are lightly browned. 3. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook over medium heat for approx 20 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, break s&b tasty soymilk & corn stew sauce mix and put into mixture. Stir until completely melted. 5. Add soymilk or milk. Simmer for 5 Minutes, stirring constantly. Serving suggestion only. keep refrigerated in airtight container after opening. See side panel for the best before date.
