Sustainability initiatives: We have been proactive in implementing energy efficiency initiatives at the Cascadian Farm home farm over the past 30 years. In 1980, a small scale hydro electric plant was built on the home farm. This plant produces enough power to operate three buildings for approximately 8 months out of the year. Additionally, we have used a plug-in electric vehicle for frequent resupply runs to the roadside stand for over 5 years. Whole grain. 8g or more per serving. Eat 48g or more of whole grains daily.
