Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Mini Brownies

Directions

Yields 12 mini brownies. Additional liners intentionally included if needed. You will need. 1 tablespoon water. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 egg white. Baking instructions: 1. Prep 350 degrees F. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place baking cups on a cookie sheet. 2. Mix. Empty brownie mix into a medium bowl. Stir egg white, water and oil into brownie mix until well blended (about 50 strokes). Some small lumps may still be present. Scoop batter evenly into the 12 mini baking cups (approx 1/2 full). 3. Bake. Bake in center of oven for 18-20 minutes. Mini brownies are done when toothpick inserted in brownie comes out clean. Cool for 1-2 minutes on cookie sheet then remove and place on wire rack to cool completely. Note: for a crunchier crust, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
