1. Prep: Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas, hands, feet, ankles and wrists. 2. Apply: Glide on using a Mitt to ensure no missed patches. 3. Rinse: Shower off after 4 hours for a dark tan or after 8 hours for an extra dark tan. 4. Glow: Your tan will develop into your chosen deep dark tan. Exfoliate & moisturise daily to prolong your tan and ensure an even fade. Patch test 24 hrs before use. Do not apply to sensitive, broken, irritated skin. Do not get in eyes, if you do rinse well with water. Avoid contact with lips. Self tan may stain. Wash palms after use. Store below 30 degrees C/86 degrees F. Good for 12 months once opened.
