Eastern Tandoori Chicken: 1) Chicken - 1kg. 2) Ginger/Garlic paste 4 Teaspoons. 3) Eastern Tandoori Masala - 4 Teaspoons. 4) Curd - 6 Teaspoons. 5) Lime & Salt as required. Preparation: Make fine, deep slits on chicken legs and breast. Apply lime & salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Mix ginger/garlic Paste, Eastern Tandoori Masala, curd, and food grade orange red color (if required). Marinate cut chicken with the mixture. Keep aside for at least two hours. Apply two teaspoonfuls of melted butter on the marinated chicken and roast till done. Store in an airtight container after opening. Best before.
