Cooking Instructions: Skillet (Preferred Cooking Method): Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the skillet. Frozen: Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10-11 minutes, flip halfway through cooking. Thawed: Place thawed fillets in a single layer into the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping over halfway through cooking. Conventional Oven: Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Frozen: Bake for 18-19 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. Thawed: Bake for 10-12 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. Prep Tips: If purchased frozen, keep frozen until ready to cook. Keep refrigerated (38 degrees F or below) until ready to cook. Do not re-freeze. Caution: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food. Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 158 degrees F minimum. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Shelf Life: Do not consume product after Retailer's stated "Use By" date.
