Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Frozen: Bake for 20-23 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. Thawed: Bake for 14-16 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. Caution: Steam can cause burns.
